Choice Fruits wisely

Although all fruit is healthy for you and much better than a processed treat like cookies or ice cream, their are still some fruits that will help nourish your body to it's fullest.  Here is 1 example.  Banana's are super high in sugar, along with grapes and apples.  But if you compare it to a berry you will see that their is a lot less sugar and less carb to the fruit.  Eating more berries will help you to lose the extra weight you just can't kick.  Give it a try!

We often have obstacles that get in our way, or our mind telling us what we are doing is not necessary, BUT IT IS. Be stronger then your mind. Tell yourself you are going to do it and you will. Tell yourself you won't and you really won't. Plan it out and you will succeed~HAVE PATIENCE!
