Choice Fruits wisely

Although all fruit is healthy for you and much better than a processed treat like cookies or ice cream, their are still some fruits that will help nourish your body to it's fullest.  Here is 1 example.  Banana's are super high in sugar, along with grapes and apples.  But if you compare it to a berry you will see that their is a lot less sugar and less carb to the fruit.  Eating more berries will help you to lose the extra weight you just can't kick.  Give it a try!
