Today is the day!

TIP OF THE DAY: Today is a fresh start

Do the work and little by little you will get stronger and stronger.  Every day set a new goal for yourself.  Baby steps.  Half the battle is setting your mind to it.  The MIND IS A POWERFUL THING.  Write down your goals so your mind is aware of them, sounds silly, but it works.
